Job summary

LA International is recruiting a Senior DevOps Engineer for a major UK program. The role involves designing, building and operating cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable releases across microservices and serverless components.

You will work in a Hybrid setup across multiple UK locations, contributing to secure, scalable and cost-optimised infrastructure while embedding automation and best practices throughout the DevOps toolchain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS infrastructure and multi-environment setup.
• Kubernetes experience with EKS preferred.
• IaC with Terraform/Helm/Ansible for automation.
• Strong CI/CD and container tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, support and manage AWS environments for scalability, security and cost optimisation.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines across microservices and serverless components.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Use Helm to automate configuration and deployments; manage Kubernetes workloads.
• Ensure security (IAM, MFA, least privilege) and cost governance.
