The National Theatre Productions is seeking an Associate Head of Development Events to lead the delivery of a high-quality events programme that raises vital funds and strengthens relationships with corporate, trust and individual supporters.

Reporting to the Head of Development Operations, you will oversee the Events portfolio—from intimate donor experiences to major fundraising occasions such as the biennial Gala—while developing the Events team and collaborating across Development and the

Qualifications

• Significant experience of delivering high-quality events within a busy fundraising, membership, hospitality, cultural or customer engagement environment.
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders, such as artists, donors, corporate partners and other high-profile audiences.
• Robust line management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across an organisation.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver to deadline.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Development Events function.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of events, from intimate experiences to major fundraising occasions including the biennial Gala.
• Work in partnership with fundraising teams and colleagues across the organisation to identify opportunities and steward donors.
• Create distinctive experiences drawing on the National Theatre's artistic work to inspire long-term support.
• Ensure Events are integrated with Development priorities and work with the Head of Development Operations to develop the Events team.
