National Theatre seeks a senior Head of Trusts & Foundations to lead the Development team and grow income from major funders. You will manage a team of fundraisers and oversee a high‑value portfolio, building on existing success while exploring new strategies to maximise donations for NT’s work.

• Experience managing high value relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience engaging with chairs, trustees and high net worth individuals.
