Job summary

Unicorn Theatre is seeking a Development Manager to lead our Individual Giving stream and contribute to corporate partnerships and events in London. You will develop donor strategies, manage capital fundraising elements, and help drive our fundraising programme forward.

The role suits someone with strong strategy and implementation skills in theatre fundraising, with potential line management development and broader income‑stream exposure.

Job description

We are looking for a Development Manager to join our busy team.

Our Development team raises 25% of the income needed each year and it's an exciting time as we enter into a new round of NPO funding and launch our Capital campaign.

This role focuses on Individual Giving alongside some corporate partnership stewardship and event planning. It would suit someone with Major Donor and Capital experience but we're open to hearing from anyone with Individual Giving experience and a passion for theatre fundraising who is keen to learn and develop.

The job will suit someone who is looking to develop their skills but who already has a good grasp of strategy and implementation for the Individual Giving income stream. This is an opportunity to develop line management skills while learning more about other income streams and capital fundraising.
