Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Design, Maintenance, Modifications and Manufacturing Engineering teams in the UK. The role focuses on delivering Part M requirements and enabling Part 145 delivery across customer, BDUK, and suppliers.

You will own the Design Center and Production Engineering execution, driving governance, technical excellence, and strategic growth while managing budgets and cross-functional relationships across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA4800 series).
• Prior engineering leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BDUK Design Center and Production Engineering teams.
• Drive operational excellence and technical governance across programmes.
• Manage resource demand and supply, including recruitment when required.
• Report performance to Functional management meetings.
• Coach team members through Technical Lead Engineers and Boeing Experts to the Technical Fellowship.
• Develop and execute departmental strategy aligned to Function and BU goals.
• Forecast departmental budget and monitor financial performance.
