PSR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Design Manager to lead design delivery across complex, multi-sector projects in Gloucestershire. This role sits at the heart of project success - integrating design, managing consultants, influencing strategy, and representing the business with clients and partners.

You'll work alongside senior leaders including Project Directors, Commercial Directors and Construction Directors, ensuring design is coordinated, compliant, efficient and commercially

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management on complex projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015, Building Safety Act and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver design management across projects and sectors.
• Integrate with senior project leadership teams.
• Represent the business with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Manage interfaces with Planning, Building Control and authorities.
• Lead design reviews, approvals and documentation control.
• Support work winning through bids and presentations.
