Job summary

Bovis Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design delivery on complex projects in the UK. You will integrate with the project team, manage consultants, and ensure design compliance from pre-construction through delivery.

The role requires strong communication, robust judgement, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, CDM knowledge, and experience with BIM and construction design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design/construction subject.
• Thorough knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver design management on projects with professional judgement.
• Lead and coordinate with senior project teams and external partners.
• Report milestones to Head/Lead Design Manager.
