Responsibilities

• Deliver Design Management on projects using relevant experience.
• Represent the business with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Manage complex projects in a variety of sectors.

Skills

Ability to Plan, Manage and Monitor Design in line with the duties of the Building Act Regulations Principal Designer

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competent IT skills and experience in relevant types of programmes

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
