You will lead design coordination, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive value through coordinated documentation and BIM implementation on projects.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT literate with strong MS Office skills.
• Good understanding of Construction processes and Buildability.
• Working knowledge of Building Regulations and legislation.
• Experience using MS Office suite.
• Experience with Document Control systems.
• Experience of Viewpoint or equivalent BIM tools.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, procedures and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process with commercial, contractual and programme awareness.
• Coordinate with external consultants and sub-contractors' design teams.
• Prepare and monitor the Design Information Release Schedule and Design Programme.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and codes of practice.
• Develop and implement drawing and document control systems and protocols.
• Support Project Manager and Planner in developing construction programmes.
• Lead design team meetings and design coordination workshops.
• Assist in evaluating scope of variations and change requests.
• Manage RFI processes and records.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to build relationships.
