Job summary

Caddy Group Limited seeks a CCDO Project Manager to deliver demolition contracts safely, efficiently and commercially from pre-start to completion. This hands-on role requires strong demolition knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects, site teams and client relationships.

Essential requirements: valid CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card; at least 2 years in a demolition management role and 5 years in the demolition industry; full UK driving licence; willingness to travel to sites

Qualifications

• CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card required.
• 2+ years in a demolition management role.
• 5+ years in the demolition industry.
• Knowledge of demolition methods, sequencing and site operations.
• Strong health & safety understanding in demolition.
• Experience leading demolition site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to Kent, London, Essex and Surrey sites.
