Money and Pensions Service in Bedford is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to unite service operations, policy, strategy, suppliers and technical teams. You will lead delivery across a multi-team service, ensure readiness for go-live and maintain a stable, well-run live service.

You will shape the service roadmap, govern release plans, and build strong relationships with regulators and partners. The role demands senior delivery leadership, clear decisions, and a relentless focus on user outcomes

Qualifications

• Senior delivery leadership across a complex digital service or programme.
• Experience operating in complex, regulated or high-profile environments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across organisational boundaries.
• Experience moving a programme into business as usual and operationalising a defined service.
• Experience running or overseeing a live service with focus on performance and resilience.
• Ability to bring structure to complexity and align priorities.
• Skilled at presenting risks and options to enable informed decisions.
• Familiarity with governance and assurance practices.
• Experience collaborating with regulators and suppliers.
