The Pensions Regulator is seeking a Pensions Reform Programme Manager in Brighton to lead the end-to-end delivery of the pensions reform agenda. The role sits at the heart of regulatory change, coordinating multiple workstreams and executive-level stakeholders to move policy intent into tangible outcomes.

You will shape an outcome-focused delivery approach, manage interdependencies and risks, and build a high-performing delivery team while reporting progress to ExCo and the Board.

Competenze

• Experience delivering complex, high-profile reform in public sector or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional delivery with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Proven capability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.

• Hold end-to-end delivery of the Pensions Reform agenda with pace and coherence across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Accountable Executives to translate strategy into delivery focus and plans.
