Job summary

This hands-on role makes you the main change owner, working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and third-party suppliers. You should enjoy leading delivery, and be comfortable discussing technical detail. You will also drive delivery governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with change controls.

Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Technical Lead.
Experience delivering change across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and early life support.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and software vendors.
Good understanding of systems integration, APIs, environments and release management.
Comfortable working in Agile and with formal change governance.
Structured approach to planning, dependency management and risk.

Responsibilities

Leading the delivery of platform upgrades, integrations and strategic technology projects.
Turning business requirements into practical delivery plans and solutions that can be supported long term.
Coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers so work lands on time.
Assessing supplier releases and platform changes for their impact, making sure the business is ready before they go live.
Managing risks, dependencies and issues, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
Checking technical designs, configurations and interfaces before they move forward.
Improving delivery processes, standards and governance, and finding ways to reduce technical debt.
