Job summary

Capita Pension Solutions is seeking a Pensions Data Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within a home-based team in the UK. You will coordinate objectives for performance, SLA achievement and project delivery, lead regular team discussions, and manage client relationships.

You will analyse team skills, organise coaching, and drive changes with consistent quality. Experience in pension administration and staff development is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DB pension schemes.
• Blend of operational and technical pensions experience.
• Line management experience (home-based team).
• MI and project reporting experience.
• Pension administration systems knowledge and work management.
• Ability to motivate individuals to optimise performance.
• Commercial awareness of development, risk and return.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives for Performance, Income, SLA achievement and project delivery with Head of Operations.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and update staff on issues.
• Review delivery against objectives; conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports.
• Identify training needs and organise coaching/mentoring.
• Lead client change rollouts with quality and process consistency.
• Attend client meetings and act as Client Relationship Manager.
