Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager for the Pension Data Platform (PDP) in Bedford. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating technical teams, suppliers and policy requirements to ensure the live service is safe, stable and responsive as it scales.

You will oversee change governance, risk management and production readiness, embedding release controls and ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Complex delivery experience, ideally in regulated or public sector environments.
• Experience delivering across multiple suppliers and internal teams.
• Delivery leadership, guiding delivery managers, technical teams, or programme functions.
• Build-to-live: transitioning services from delivery into live, high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Own delivery of platform changes and releases; ensure plans are realistic and sequenced to milestones.
• Multi-Supplier Delivery Management: lead delivery across a complex supplier landscape and coordinate with partners.
• Transition and Change Management: design delivery with live service in mind; land changes safely in production.
• Risk, Issues, and Assurance: identify and actively manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies; report progress and trade-offs.
• Delivery Planning and Governance: establish delivery plans and roadmaps; drive disciplined governance and decision support.
