Skipton Building Society is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation at scale and elevate agile delivery across our enterprise. You will lead end-to-end delivery, guiding platform, infrastructure and software development initiatives while partnering with Architecture, Engineering and Product teams to align roadmaps and dependencies.

You will champion Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement, driving PI Planning, governance and risk management.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading large-scale technology change and transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery, DevOps, SDLC and delivery management.
• Proven ability to work with Architecture, Engineering, Operations and Agile Release Trains to drive delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading PI Planning, technical workshops and delivery ceremonies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major technology change initiatives across platform, infrastructure and software developments.
• Select and apply the most effective delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Platform Leads to align roadmaps and dependencies.
• Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination, delivery ceremonies and planning workshops.
• Maintain governance, reporting and visibility of risks, dependencies, resources and timelines.
