Job summary

Skipton is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation across our technology portfolio. You will lead end-to-end delivery, selecting agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches to meet business needs, and partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Platform leads to align roadmaps and dependencies.

Based in Skipton with hybrid working, you will champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement while guiding delivery governance and risk management across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale technology change and transformation programmes across enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Agile delivery, DevOps, SDLC and technical delivery management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery leadership in complex contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major technology change initiatives, including platform, infrastructure and software development programmes.
• Select and apply effective delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to meet business needs.
• Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination and governance to ensure aligned, predictable delivery.
