The role sits in a collaborative Engineering and Service Delivery community and emphasizes automation, observability, and progressive delivery. You will lead release planning, manage dependencies, and drive improvements using data, metrics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading release, deployment or service transition programs.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and automation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve release and deployment strategies across platforms.
• Lead cross-team release planning and coordination with visibility of dependencies and readiness.
• Drive adoption of modern release practices (automation, policy-as-code, progressive delivery).
• Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery performance; mentor a small team.
