Job summary

Arcadis is growing its UK defence cost management capability. You will manage cost management delivery on small to medium developments or components of larger assignments, ensuring alignment with controls and applying robust technical knowledge.

The role involves coaching junior staff, producing budget reports, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints while maintaining strong client relationships and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience actively supporting the internal team and mentoring junior staff on technically complex projects/programmes typically ranging between £5m and £150m.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues and emerging leadership skills.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to build client relationships and manage middle-management level business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and development of other team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
• Produce reports and forecasts, monitor budgets, and control cost variables within established financial systems.
• Deliver small to medium cost projects or significant components of larger assignments within deadlines and budgets.
