Job summary

Arcadis is expanding its UK defence cost management capability. As Senior Cost Manager, you will deliver cost management for small‑medium developments or significant components of larger projects, ensuring work aligns with controls and leveraging your technical expertise.

You will coach junior staff, manage budgets and forecasts, deliver projects on time, advise on risk and compliance, and present issues to senior managers using data-driven insights and industry best practice to support

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects £5m-£150m and coaching junior staff.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to take a project from inception to completion.
• Capable of obtaining BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and development of team members.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for costs.
• Deliver cost management across small-medium developments or components.
• Provide risk and compliance guidance and communicate risks to senior managers.
• Analyse data to support cost and commercial decision-making.
