Job summary

Stantec is seeking a DCO Planner at Senior/Principal/Associate level to join our UK Infrastructure team. Based at any UK office, you will lead planning and consenting for major projects, shaping strategies for DCO, TCPA and DNS while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will be expected to mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative culture, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining momentum on complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planning and consenting for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Development Consent Orders (DCO).
• Credible with clients and stakeholders with clear, practical communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning/consenting workstreams for major infra projects.
• Provide planning and EIA strategy guidance across regimes (DCO, TCPA, DNS).
• Progress schemes through development and assessments with delivery teams.
