Job summary

PensionsAge is seeking an experienced pensions professional to lead the delivery of Defined Contribution (DC) operations for a large pension scheme. You will collaborate with an outsourced administrator to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong governance.

The role focuses on performance management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement to support member experience and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong DC pensions administration experience.
• Previous team leadership or management experience within pensions.
• Good understanding of pensions legislation and industry best practice.
• Experience working with third-party administrators and key stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of DC pension administration services, working closely with an outsourced provider.
• Ensure service standards, compliance requirements, and operational controls are effectively maintained.
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, supporting a high-quality member experience.
• Oversee team performance, projects, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the DC administration subject matter expert, supporting governance and strategic objectives.
