Job summary

The role involves leading engagements, coaching teams, and influencing C-level stakeholders, with up to 60% travel to London offices and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing or ML/AI.
• Experience in pre-sales engagements with complex customers.
• Strong coding experience in Python or SQL and willingness to learn Spark.

Responsibilities

• Engage with large, complex customers to guide adoption of Databricks platform.
• Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
• Coach account teams on positioning, adoption strategies and execution.
• Contribute to technical workshops, collateral, and customer-facing content.
