Qualifications

• 5+ years experience using data to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Strong SQL skills and solid grounding in statistics.
• Experience working closely with product teams.
• Proven track record delivering actionable insights that drive measurable impact with minimal supervision.
• Strong product intuition, business acumen and ability to connect analysis to strategy.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical).
• Strong ownership, curiosity and growth mindset.
• Experience with Python.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
• Work with product managers, designers and engineers to develop metrics, targets and measure outcomes.
• Design, build and update end-to-end data pipelines with stakeholders.
• Partner with product researchers to build a holistic understanding of customers and products.
• Influence roadmap and product strategy through exploratory analysis and quantitative research.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and build scalable data products.
• Help teams interact with data via better abstractions and semantic layers.
• Craft clear data stories and communicate recommendations across R&D and the broader company.
• Contribute to and shape core RAD foundations and ways of working.
