Job summary

Salesforce Fin RAD is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to turn data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to answer critical questions using analytics on large and small datasets.

You’ll design end-to-end data pipelines, build models and dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders across R&D and the broader company, driving impact and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience solving problems with data and making evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent SQL skills and applying analytical approaches to problems.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable analysis with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and impact-focused.
• Growth mindset, ownership, and curiosity.
• Experience with a scientific computing language (R or Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to develop metrics, targets and opportunities.
• Design, build and update end-to-end data pipelines with stakeholders.
• Partner with product researchers to understand customers, products and business.
• Influence product roadmap through experimentation and quantitative research.
• Build and automate actionable models and dashboards.
• Craft data stories and share findings across R&D and the broader company.
• Drive and shape core RAD foundations and improve RAD operations.
