Job summary

Experian Consumer Services - Analytics division is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Nottingham. You will turn complex data into compelling stories that influence business outcomes, using segmentation and predictive modelling to drive smarter decisions and measurable growth.

The role is hybrid (Nottingham-based, 40% in the office) and involves owning projects end-to-end, managing stakeholders across Product and Marketing, and mentoring where appropriate

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets independently.
• Experience turning data into commercially focused insights.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience in an analytics role.
• Numerate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in personalisation such as predictive analytics and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects supporting strategic Product and Marketing initiatives.
• Develop customer insights to inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
• Build and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to understand customer behaviour.
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives that drive action.
• Manage stakeholders across Product and Marketing, aligning outputs to business priorities.
• Identify opportunities where data can unlock commercial value.
• Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and mentoring.
