Experian Consumer Services - Analytics division seeks a Senior Analyst to join for a 12-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid Nottingham-based role reporting to the Head of Analytics.

The successful candidate will turn complex data into compelling stories, using segmentation and predictive modelling to drive smarter decisions and measurable growth, while owning projects and stakeholder relationships within a close-knit analytics team.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets independently.
• Experience translating data into commercially focused insights.
• Experience in an analytics role delivering value via personalization, such as predictive analysis and segmentation.
• Excellent communication to turn analysis into actionable business outcomes.

Job Description

Experian Consumer Services - Analytics division are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our analytics team for a 12 month fixed-term contract.

This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running from day one, and enjoys turning complex data into compelling stories that influence business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand our customers, using segmentation and predictive modelling to drive smarter decisions and measurable growth.

You'll work independently, owning projects and stakeholder relationships, while being part of a close-knit, collaborative analytics team that values curiosity and rigour. We’re passionate about raising the bar for analytical excellence — continuously improving how we work, challenging assumptions, and sharing knowledge to strengthen both individual and team capability.

This is a Hybrid, Nottingham-based role (40% in the office) reporting to Head of Analytics

What You’ll Do

• Leading analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing initiatives
• Developing customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies
• Building and deploying segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour
• Translating complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that drive action
• Managing stakeholders across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business priorities
• Proactively identifying opportunities where data can unlock commercial value
• Contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring where appropriate, and championing best practice in analytics

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills focused on querying large datasets independently
• Experience translating data into commercially focused insights
• Experience in an analytics role
• Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentation
