Experian Consumer Services - Analytics division seeks a Senior Analyst to join for a 12-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid Nottingham-based role reporting to the Head of Analytics.

The successful candidate will turn complex data into compelling stories, using segmentation and predictive modelling to drive smarter decisions and measurable growth, while owning projects and stakeholder relationships within a close-knit analytics team.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to query large datasets independently.
• Experience translating data into commercially focused insights.
• Experience in an analytics role delivering value via personalization, such as predictive analysis and segmentation.
• Excellent communication to turn analysis into actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing initiatives.
• Develop customer insights for targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
• Build and deploy segmentation and predictive models to understand customer behaviour.
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives that drive action.
• Manage stakeholders across Product and Marketing, aligning outputs to business priorities.
• Identify opportunities where data can unlock commercial value.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and champion analytics best practices.
