Job summary

Experian's Nottingham-based Senior Solutions Analyst role focuses on engineering capability within the Decisioning Solutions space, delivering high-quality content used by System Integration Teams to enable effective client solutions.

You will lead delivery efforts, consult across Global Engineering, Product Management, and other teams to drive efficient processes, while optimizing cloud costs and reducing delivery time and risk.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Decisioning Solution products and how they can be integrated and deployed to clients.
• Experience leading development, build, technical authorship, project management and consultative/delivery teams in a financial services environment.
• Demonstratable knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies and best practice and experience in a scaled agile delivery environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality proof-of-concept, template, and accelerator content used by System Integration Teams.
• Drive ease of integration across teams to reduce complexity, time to deliver, cost and risk while improving customer satisfaction.
• Focus on cloud cost optimisation to ensure best practice is adopted across all cloud based client system integrations.
• Lead junior members of delivery teams, steering analysts, project managers, implementers, developers and testers.
• Ensure deliveries meet timelines and manage issues and risks proactively.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive efficient processes and outcomes.
