Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Senior Manager, Data – UK to lead the UK data organisation and build a scalable, standardised data platform across international markets.

You will manage a 4–5 person multidisciplinary team, guiding performance, development, and delivery while partnering with Product, Commercial, Clinical, and Operations leaders in the UK and Australia. The role focuses on strategy, delivery, and platform transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across data engineering, ML, data science or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience building, scaling, or leading a modern data platform.
• Strong technical background in data/ML or platform engineering.
• Strong business and product judgment to link tech to outcomes.
• Ability to prioritise, manage conflicts, and create clarity in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK data team across Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
• Set direction and operating model aligned to strategic initiatives.
• Partner with UK and international leaders to shape the data roadmap.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardise and scale the data platform.
• Drive data strategy to support market launches and brand migrations.
• Oversee migrations onto shared GCP infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance.
