Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to own the UK and EU analytics strategy and reporting ecosystem. You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Python, dbt and modern BI platforms, building models and self-serve analytics that directly inform commercial, product and operational decisions.

You’ll lead three analysts, partner with senior leaders, and drive high-value initiatives that scale across markets while advancing AI-enabled analytics and data quality.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in data analytics, BI or product analytics with 2+ years of people leadership.
• You’ve served as the accountable analytics partner for a business area or market.
• You bring strong analytical foundations and the ability to challenge approaches with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK & EU analytics strategy, priorities and operating model.
• Partner with UK and European senior leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish a unified view of acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
• Lead and coach a team of analysts, setting clear ownership and high standards.
• Balance stakeholder demands and drive efficient, scalable analytics delivery.
• Build trusted analytics with common definitions and self-service capabilities.
• Support European growth with metrics and measurement plans for new markets.
• Collaborate with global data teams to align standards and reuse capabilities.
