Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to own the UK & EU analytics strategy and reporting ecosystem, ensuring insights drive commercial, product and operational decisions. You’ll be hands-on with SQL, Python, dbt, and modern BI platforms, building data models and translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

This leadership role manages three analysts to start, with accountability for analytics capacity and impact across our international operations.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics.
• At least 2 years of direct team management experience.
• Technically credible with advanced SQL and analytical depth.
• Ability to translate findings into business decisions and strategy.
• Proven stakeholder influence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK & EU analytics strategy and operating model.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Create a unified view of acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
• Lead and coach a team of analysts to high performance.
• Build scalable analytics and self-serve capabilities.
