Qualifications

• Strong technical background with system-architecture insight.
• Proven track record managing an engineering team.
• Experience solving escalated issues and optimizing workflows.
• Familiarity with rapid experimentation and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality execution and reliable software delivery.
• Resolve technical and operational blockers for projects.
• Balance workloads to maintain predictable delivery without burnout.
• Own data-driven experiments and growth initiatives across the patient journey.
• Refine development processes and team structures for high velocity.
• Recruit, onboard and retain engineers while fostering ownership and morale.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Data to align delivery with goals.
