Job summary

Eucalyptus is a part of Hims & Hers, leading weight-management analytics across UK & EU. We seek a Senior Analytics Manager to own the analytics strategy, manage three direct reports, and partner with senior leaders to drive commercial, product and operational decisions with data-driven insights.

You'll work hands-on with SQL, Python, dbt and BI tools to model data, build self-serve analytics, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics roles with at least 2 years in people management.
• Accountable analytics partner for a business area, market or senior leadership group.
• Strong SQL skills and solid statistical depth to challenge methods and conclusions.
• Experience building self-serve analytics, dashboards and semantic models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK & EU analytics strategy, priorities and operating model.
• Partner with UK and European senior leaders to identify risks and opportunities from data.
• Create a consistent view of acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and set clear expectations.
• Balance stakeholder demands and drive prioritisation with explicit trade-offs.
• Build scalable analytics by defining metrics, dashboards and reusable analytics.
