Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre and mission critical projects in its expanding European operations. You will oversee all phases, align with client goals, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources while coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver high-performance facilities.

The role requires proven management of medium to large construction projects, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solid contract and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor junior project managers and teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Solid contract knowledge and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout all project phases from inception to handover.
• Own and drive the project timeline using advanced PM techniques to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs).
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of project participants.
