Job summary

MiCiM provides focused project management and construction services and is seeking an experienced Planner to lead delivery on data centre projects in the UK and Europe.

You will enable the smooth running of large data centre construction projects from bid stage through to completion, ensuring integration of design and procurement with construction and sharing best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous construction planning experience on data/mission critical projects.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation with suppliers and clients.
• Proficient with project management software and adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse plans, programmes and reports with complex insights.
• Ensure programme management consistency across projects.
• Maintain control and traceability of documentation from initiation to completion.
• Monitor performance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to non-planning staff.
• Keep records and prepare project reports.
• Set up protocols and manage supply chain programme production and acceptance.
• Align design and procurement with construction and share best practices.
