Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced Planner to lead the delivery of a flagship Data Centre project in the South-East, ensuring programme management across bid to completion and seamless integration with design, procurement and construction teams.

You will join a brilliant team, enabling smooth running of large Data Centre construction projects from bid stage through to completion, and you will play a key role in training staff and maintaining documentation control.

Qualifications

• Previous construction planning experience, ideally on Mission Critical projects.
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to negotiate with suppliers/clients.
• Systems savvy and adept at learning new project management software.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze plans, programmes and reports.
• Ensure programme management consistency across projects.
• Maintain control and traceability of documentation from initiation to completion.
• Monitor performance criteria throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to non-planning staff.
• Set up protocols and manage supply chain programme production, issue and acceptance.
