Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced Planner to lead data centre project delivery in the UK and Europe. You will oversee complex programmes from bid stage through to completion, ensuring schedules are integrated with design and procurement.

Qualifications

• Previous construction planning experience, ideally on mission-critical projects.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and clients.
• Systems savvy and quick to adopt new planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse plans, programmes and reports.
• Ensure programme management consistency across projects.
• Maintain documentation control from initiation to completion.
• Monitor performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to non-planning staff.
• Prepare project records and reports.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction integration.
• Collaborate with planning peers to share best practices.
