GH Engage is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead the mechanical construction on a major Data Centre project in London. The role is site-based and requires strong leadership to deliver from mobilisation through to handover, while coordinating with electrical and controls teams to meet safety, quality and programme targets.

You will supervise mechanical subcontractors, plan six-week lookaheads, review drawings and BIM models for constructability, and ensure installations

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading mechanical construction on data centre projects.
• Strong leadership of large subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery on critical facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the mechanical construction delivery across the project.
• Coordinate mechanical works with Electrical, CSA, Controls/BMS and Commissioning teams.
• Oversee installation of CHW and glycol systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, pumps, pump skids, pipework and valves.
• Review drawings, specifications and BIM models for constructability and installation sequencing.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues, clashes and site constraints.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, productivity, quality and safety.
• Develop six-week lookahead programmes and weekly construction plans.
• Prepare manpower forecasts and monitor labour requirements against programme.
