GH Engage is recruiting an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to join the project delivery team on a large-scale Data Centre project in London. The role requires hands-on site work, ensuring mechanical installations meet approved drawings, specifications and project standards.

You will collaborate closely with the Mechanical Project Manager, Construction Managers, subcontractors, QA/QC and Commissioning teams to drive a right-first-time approach and resolve quality issues before commissioning

Competenze

• Experience in mechanical QA/QC on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong ability to review drawings, specs, and submittals for compliance.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to site inspections and documentation.

Mansioni

• Implement and maintain Mechanical QA/QC procedures and requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and BIM information for compliance.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, inspection sheets, and quality records.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor subcontractor workmanship.
• Ensure installations comply with approved information and project standards.
• Witness and record pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, and system integrity testing.
• Raise NCRs and close corrective actions to prevent defects.
