Amazon Data Services Uk Limited is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager to shape and execute expansion strategies for its data center portfolio across EMEA, with roles in London, Dublin or Madrid.

You will negotiate multi-million dollar real estate and infrastructure transactions, partner with legal teams, and collaborate with procurement, finance and engineering to deliver critical facilities. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within industrial, commercial, and/or data center environments.
• Experience in commercial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement expansion strategies based on demand.
• Undertake deal origination and site selection.
• Negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end including commercial negotiation, and support in legal negotiation.
• Execute on the strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. infrastructure supply teams including energy, fiber, design, engineering, construction, legal, tax, etc.).
• Understand the technical requirements of our engineering teams and developing solutions that meet the design and business targets.
• Prepare and present transaction summaries to the senior management team regarding progress, financial analysis, business approvals setting out deal costs, risks and benefits.
• Manage multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously.
• Mentor junior team members
