Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited, based in London, seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager for its DCSS EMEA REDM team. You will own data centre development projects from opportunity through close-out across the UK, Ireland, and beyond, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

In this role, you will lead planning, budgeting, and risk management, travel regularly across EMEA, and establish STRONG relationships with authorities and stakeholders to ensure timely capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• Fluent English (spoken, written and reading).
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development management or related field with end-to-end accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own development management from pre-transaction to close-out, including deal negotiations and post-transaction delivery.
• Lead land development permitting and AHJ engagement across assigned regions.
• Manage budgets, costs, and calendars; chair progress meetings and escalate risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Design Eng, Pre-Construction, Construction, Legal, Environmental, Power, Water, Public Policy).
