Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Site Acquisitions Manager to shape and execute strategies for expanding our data centre portfolio and related infrastructure. You will negotiate real estate and infrastructure contracts, engage cross-functional partners, and lead deals from inception to closure.

Expect travel of about 20% domestically and internationally as you drive growth, influence strategic decisions, and ensure delivery of best-in-class data centre

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating complex real estate and infrastructure agreements.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise needs, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select and negotiate real estate transactions, including supporting legal negotiation.
• Develop growth strategies for specific markets within DCSS.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product teams, energy, fibre, design, construction, legal, tax) to drive execution.
• Understand engineering requirements and translate them into actionable transactions and projects.
• Prepare transaction summaries for senior management, covering costs and benefits.
• Manage multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously.
• Travel periodically to assigned geographies.
