Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development management or related field.
• Experience engaging with planning authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Experience negotiating development agreements and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Development Agreement Management for Hybrid and BTS developments from pre-transaction to close-out, shaping commercial structure and change control.
• Lead Land Development & Permitting, managing site development and AHJ relations through zoning and planning processes.
• Coordinate Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Functional activities across internal teams and external authorities to align on goals.
• Chair progress meetings, prepare reports, and manage budgets and cost controls to protect schedule and value.
• Champion the REDM function from inception in new markets and drive long-term capacity delivery.
