Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to own the development lifecycle of AWS data centre projects across EMEA from UK to Ireland and beyond. The role requires strong leadership to manage complex regulatory processes, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with a single-threaded owner mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development management or similar.
• End-to-end ownership of development programmes from opportunity to close-out.
• Experience with planning authorities, zoning, and development consents.

Responsibilities

• Own development management for Hybrid, BTS, and owned land across EMEA.
• Lead land development permitting, zoning, and regulatory negotiations.
• Coordinate across internal teams (BD, Design Eng, Pre-Construction, Construction, Legal, Finance, Power, Water, Public Policy).
• Manage AHJ engagement strategy and risk across multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
