Janus Henderson Group is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst to drive data features across business and technology teams. You will lead analysis, design data models and pipelines, and extract measurable value from client data.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to data governance and enterprise data strategy in a hybrid London-based setup. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive data analysis, architecture, and warehousing experience in cloud environments.
• Proven track record leading data projects with strategic business impact.
• Experience with agile ceremonies and leading teams in agile settings.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data warehouse analysis across platforms.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analysis projects translating business needs into technical features.
• Collaborate with data product owners to design data models and pipelines.
• Analyze data quality and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Serve as SME for distribution data and enterprise data strategy.
• Document data flows, definitions, and participate in data governance.
• Plan agile work with risk, stories, and prioritization; assist QA and sprints.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with technical teams.
