Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear insights for global clients. You'll lead analytics projects, design dashboards, forecasting models, and proprietary tools to improve decision-making and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

You’ll mentor junior analysts, collaborate with client teams, automate processes, and help shape the analytics function while communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics solutions in commercial environments such as an agency, media, sport or other data-rich industry.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with dashboards and forecasting models.
• Experience improving reporting processes through automation and efficient data workflows.
• Confidence working with customer and audience data, including segmentation and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues and contributing to analytics function development.
• Curiosity, commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for a portfolio of global clients, turning campaign and audience data into insights and recommendations.
• Design and develop dashboards, forecasting models and analytics tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Support data-led consultancy projects, including audience analysis and performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data quality.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes of work and client presentations with analytical input.
• Help shape the analytics strategy, data roadmap and capabilities for the team.
• Mentor junior analysts and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present findings clearly.
