Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks a Senior Investment Data Analyst to design and deliver data features across investment, business, and technology teams. You will drive enterprise data change, quality and governance, and work with platforms like Aladdin, Snowflake and data pipelines.

You will lead agile planning, define data models, mappings and acceptance criteria, while mentoring junior analysts and delivering dashboards for stakeholders across the UK, Australia and the US.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a data analyst role within asset/investment management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income data and how it supports portfolio management, risk, and operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data transformation or platform migration initiatives.
• Experience writing SQL and Python for analysis, validation, reconciliation and automation.
• Experience with data warehouses or cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis projects delivering business impact through data across investment and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, data models, mappings and pipelines.
• Represent data stakeholders in cross-functional change and transformation programs.
• Develop dashboards/reports to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across regions/time zones.
