Job summary

Quince is seeking a data analytics leader to build automated reports and drive insights across marketing, CRM, and product. You will work with Product, Engineering and Performance teams to run experiments, optimize lifecycle programs, and ensure robust data governance in a fast-growing, international setting.

The role is based in London/Berlin with a hybrid schedule, requiring frequent collaboration across teams and a strong focus on data-driven decision making to accelerate growth for Quince

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s a plus.
• 7+ years in data analytics/product analytics, preferably with e-commerce or tech.
• Strong SQL and data visualization proficiency; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated reports to track Marketing KPIs (New/Returning Customers, LTV/CAC, ROAS).
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify channel inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Performance teams to deliver experiments and incrementality studies.
• Deliver data-driven lifecycle programmes and A/B/multivariate tests across touchpoints.
• Ensure data quality, governance (including GDPR) and AI usage best practices with the US team.
• Be an integral part of the international team and contribute to growth.
