Job summary

Hearts & Science in London is seeking a Growth Analytics Lead to drive analytics strategy across client engagements, reporting to the Head of Data. You will oversee growth analytics initiatives, manage projects and a team, and provide commercial oversight of forecasts and targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of marketing analytics, MMM, experimentation and brand equity modelling, with a track record of delivering actionable insights that influence client investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading senior client relationships and advising on measurement to maximise investment impact.
• Applying measurement frameworks (MMM, experimentation) in client engagements.
• Managing analytics projects across stakeholders to exceed expectations.
• Identifying upsell opportunities for analytics solutions and closing deals.
• Developing the analytics and effectiveness proposition and evangelising it internally.
• Leading a team of growth analytics directors and driving development and motivation.
• Representing analytics in new business pitches and addressing senior-level questions.
• Contributing to the agency's senior leadership with behaviours and initiatives.
